About Us
Axis on Ice offers comprehensive training for figure skaters of all ages and skill levels. We provide access to world-class training resources for the betterment of our athletes.
The coaches on our team were brought together by a common bond, deep passion, and lifelong devotion to our craft. While based primarily at Sherwood Ice Arena, we teach all over the Northwest region. All of our on-ice and off-ice professionals have been hand picked for their roles and collaborate closely to meet all of our skaters' needs, whether that be recreational or professional. The collective experience of our coaching team, which includes current Team USA coaches, former international medalists, certified physical trainers and professionally trained dancers, helps us provide the very best for our athletes.
Team Axis is all-inclusive, consisting of athletes at the basic skills level all the way to members on the National Development Team and Team USA. Together, we have produced regional, sectional, national, and international medalists. Our inspiration comes from the developmental process and accomplishing small goals to achieve big improvements.
