    • Warm up with FO3, FO3, Camel to substitute A
  • Power Circle: BXO x 2, BIM, FXO x 2, FIM, BXO x 2, BOM, FXO x 1, LFOM pull *A, repeat x 3
    • Warm up with FO3, FO3, Camel to substitute A
  • Mix Up: S pattern LFO to RFI M *A  +  pull IM BXO x 2/3, BIM, FXO x 1/2, LFOM pull *A   +  pull IM *A

1. Flow: Quality of skating throughout pattern, always be progressive

2. BO Edge: Create space to go, R shoulder back

3. Step: Keep the circle, O to O

4. Free leg: 45 behind, 45 lifted
